For Bunch of Buddies, the challenge was to express their human-first philosophy in a way that felt credible, differentiated, and true to their experience.
To support and strengthen the brand, Copy Lab created a series of portraits built around one core idea: behind every job application and every job ad is a human being. Drawing on our experience with character-driven visual systems, the portraits place people at the center. Calm, confident, and present.
